THE BISTRO / BAR
The Bistro has received great support. The Bistro has raised the income exponentially not only by offering the beer, wine, espresso and food during events and productions, but remains open for regular lunch and dinner service, along with televised sporting events. The Bistro currently offers hand tossed artisan pizza, all beef hot dogs, brats, burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, a signature Pulled Pork Parfait, deserts featuring local honey, and “Kettle Creations". It is my personal opinion, after building the business for the past 7 years, is that the theatre and the bistro are the Perfect Combination.
The beer and wine license consumption area extends out back to the rear fence. It has been fenced on three sides. Although not finished, my plan was to create a beer garden with outdoor seating, fire pit, live music stage, bbq grill and smoker.
Feedback from the community and people traveling through, or coming from outside areas for Live Theatre Production or Live Music have been incredible in regards to the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service.
