This Dairy Queen is a Grill & Chill concept serving full menu of burgers, chicken sandwiches, and other hot foods, along with the extensive DQ menu of soft serve ice cream treats.

Main high traffic State Highway through busy tourist town and area.
Restaurant seats 50 people inside with outside expanded patio seating 16, and a drive thru. Building was newly expanded and remodeled in 2015. Ingress and egress for customers is easy off of the main highway on which the property resides.
This Dairy Queen has no direct national brand competition, rather seasonal smaller walk up type eateries, and limited number of full service restaurants. This Dairy Queen is a go to place for the local community all year and then seasonal high tourism traffic.

Dairy Queen has a three phase (five-weeks total) hands on training for new owners and/or designated managers. This training is required before ownership transfer, and is exceptional in preparing an owner or manager for operating a DQ Grill & Chill. Current manager will stay on with new owners and can transition to an Ass't Manager type role. Important note: Owner will make current company General Manager available to come to this DQ weekly over a 90-day period to help new owner transition and settle in to day to day operations.
