The three biggest services in this industry are new construction at 50.8%, maintenance and repairs at 32.5% and replacements at 10.8% IBIS World states the most important factors for success in this industry are: having a good reputation, effective management of seasonal production, the ability to hold maintenance contracts, the ability to adopt new technology and the ability to offer a variety of services to fit the customer’s needs.
Opportunities for growth include adding additional technicians, expanding foot print, and/or acquiring smaller HVAC companies that do not have the resources and reputation of the seller.

Licenses: Two staff members hold the NC/SC HVAC Group II license and one holds the HVAC Group III license. Service techs are licensed to handle refrigerant.
