The plant locates in a beautiful and dynamic suburb of Dallas.
Originally founded by a Polish immigrant in the early 70's, it has been in continuous operation since. Although the current owner has owned it for more than 16 years, the company has primarily been run absentee with a manager handling all the operational and financial matters. The owner has been hands-off due to various other business obligations. From 1998 to 2006, the company supplied its sausage-on-a-stick, for all of the Dallas Cowboys’ home games and special events held at the iconic stadium. The company is currently supplying its sausage-on-a-stick to one of the vendors in the annual State Fair. Approximately 50% of the revenue derived from wholesaling to distributors and retailers in the area. The other half comes from sales at its retail counter. The company owns a delivery truck to serve its convenience store and restaurant customers. Some of its customers have been with the company for over 25 years.
Our products are unique and have been well received during the past 40 years.
New owner can take more proactive role in operating the business to acquire new accounts with governmental agencies.
