This company is a home-based business providing swimming pool service, filter cleans, pool schools, repairs and renovations to residential pools primarily in South Arlington and Mansfield, Texas. Weekly pool service is provided to approximately 41 residential swimming pool customers. During the weekly pool service visit, the service technician skims the pool, vacuums, brushes the walls, empties skimmer baskets - pump trap - pool cleaner and identifies any needed repairs. The owner does not perform pool cleaning but does perform some of the repairs, pool school and estimates/oversees pool renovations. This is a year-round business with all customers paying for cleaning for the full year. The business provides a steady income stream with the busiest time of year being June through September. The Seller can prove all financials, including cash flow.
The weekly service customers have been developed through 5 years of marketing (and referrals) to identify and sell to premium customers.
