Around 75 seats with beer/wine. 95% of biz is reservation based. Online reviews and reputation are impeccable. Many growth opps; Brunch, summer menus, lower price points...while being able to take time off in the summer (owners close for weeks/months depending on the year). Owners have slowed growth, time to take it to the next level. Island restaurants this good rarely come available. Will qualify for E2 visa.
