The cafe operates out of a modern, 2700 sq. ft. corner space on the ground floor of a commercial office building. Daily foot traffic is strong with good curb side parking and high visibilty. The decor is warm and inviting, but also contemporary. Numerous photos and paintings from local artists decorate the walls. Food and beverages are ordered at a self-sevice counter or by phone and can be enjoyed in-house or back at the office. There's also space for private parties and special events.
Competition is moderate for its location, but the history of the cafe's success attests to the competitive advantages of its menu, quality of its food and level of its service.
Building on the cafe's past success, a new owner is only limited by his or her imagination. The location would allow for experimentation in special and seasonal events. Music and perhaps a wine and beer license could extend the service hours on certain days of the week. Deli grocery offerings might be displayed to take advantage of impulse purchases.
