A delivery service could increase revenues with very little overhead utilizing Uber-eats, Door-dash or another app. A smartphone app designed specifically for this coffee shop could allow for pre-ordering to create a faster pickup, optimizing peak hour operations. Although baked goods are sold, additional food options could be considered.

Will train for 2 weeks @ no cost. A local business license and health inspection are easily obtained. As with any business purchase, a buyer should have good general business skills. Current staff have the roasting and barista skills to run the business, giving time for a new owner with no roasting or barista skills. A new owner must have a love of coffee.
